Lawrence Lessig, a Professor of Law at Stanford Law School and founder of the school's Center for Internet and Society has written an article in the Financial Times about Network Neutrality. Professor Lessig is a well known author of books on cyberspace and cyber-law. UPDATE: Scott Cleland offers a counter argument in the Precursor Blog
