Lawrence Lessig, a Professor of Law at Stanford Law School and founder of the school's Center for Internet and Society has written an article in the Financial Times about Network Neutrality. Professor Lessig is a well known author of books on cyberspace and cyber-law.

KQED and PBS will be broadcasting  Bill Moyers on America "The Net at Risk" tonight, October 18th at 10 PM.  Below is a description from the KQED Website.

"Moyers and journalist Rick Karr examine the future of the Internet. At this moment, big corporations are lobbying to turn the gateway to the Web into a toll road. The program investigates the potential hijacking of democracy's newest forum the why the public is being kept in the dark. The presentation concludes with an integral discussion of the issues."
